MindMatch has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page describes the rules, systems, and reporting tools we maintain to keep minors off the platform and to detect, prevent, and respond to any attempt at child exploitation.
MindMatch is designed exclusively for adult users. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the Service.
Uploading, sharing, requesting, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes or endangers a minor, is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service and results in an immediate, permanent account ban.
Profile photos and reported content are subject to review, and accounts flagged for suspicious behavior (e.g. impersonation, grooming patterns, or requests to move minors off-platform) are investigated by our safety team.
Users can only message people they have matched with, reducing unsolicited contact. Blocked users immediately lose the ability to view a profile, send messages, or send connection requests.
Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and account termination. Where required by law, we preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
MindMatch includes a built-in reporting feature so that any user can flag suspected child exploitation, inappropriate content, or unsafe behavior directly from the app:
Every report is reviewed by our safety team. Reports involving suspected child exploitation are treated as our highest priority and are actioned as a matter of urgency, which may include immediate suspension of the reported account pending investigation.
If you believe a MindMatch account is being used to endanger, exploit, or harm a minor, please report it in the app using the steps above, or contact us directly:
